The Columbia Association offers a diverse and dynamic array of group fitness classes designed to energize, strengthen, and connect the community. Held at our premier facilities like the Columbia Gym, Supreme Sports Club, and Columbia Athletic Club, the schedule caters to all interests and fitness levels. Participants can find their rhythm in high-energy indoor cycling, build strength and stability with Les Mills, find flow in yoga and Pilates, or join the party with motivating dance-based formats like Zumba.
