If you need an extra boost to reach your fitness goals, personal training could be exactly what you’re looking for. CA’s certified personal trainers will work with you to create an individualized exercise plan that’s designed to help you overcome your challenges and see incredible results.
At CA, we recognize that fitness looks different for everyone. That’s why we have trainers who specialize in all aspects of health and exercise, so you can work with the one that best understands your needs and objectives
No matter how you like to exercise, CA has the perfect studio fitness class for you – and Fitness members get to enjoy most of them for free! Classes include:
- Cardio & HIIT: Burn calories and improve heart health with one of our fun and fast-paced cardio workout classes.
- Yoga: Increase strength, balance, and flexibility in one of our many yoga classes.
- Cycling: Move to the rhythm and work on your lower body strength in cycling class at one of CA’s fitness clubs.
- Strength training. Drop into a strength training class at CA to get lean and build muscle strength and tone.
- Pilates. Feel the burn with Pilates, a full-body workout that’s intended to get you lean and strong.
- Zumba. Show off your dancing skills in Zumba, a thrilling and heart-pumping combination between fitness and dance.
At CA, we know that staying on top of your fitness isn’t always easy when you’re a parent. To help, we have KidSpace childcare facilities for children 6 weeks to 13 years to keep them happy and safe while you’re at the gym.
You can add KidSpace to your CA Fitness membership for a monthly fee, or you can bring your children by on a drop-in basis. Visit the KidSpace page to learn more about rules, locations, and hours.
