Non-Member Admissions
Don’t have a CA membership or Columbia Card? No problem! You’re still welcome to enjoy our facilities.
To do so, you’ll need to purchase a daily pass, which will give you access to one of our clubs or facilities for one calendar day. You can pick up your pass at any facility’s front desk.
Make sure to bring your ID. Once you arrive, we’ll ask you to sign in to our online system. We’ll do our best to speed things along, but please be aware that the check-in process may take a few minutes.
Member Guest Passes
Every member receives electronic guest passes each month as part of their membership. Quantities vary per membership type. Free guest passes are added to accounts on the 1st of month and do not carryover into the next month. Guest passes may be used by any member listed on the membership and are non transferable and non refundable.
Guest passes may only be redeemed at facilities that are included in the members membership.
Main members may designate a specific person(s) who can use the guest passes on their account while the member is not present by supplying the following information, in writing, to the Customer Care Team:
- Specific name of the guest(s) allowed to use the members guest pass
- Time frame, if any, that the guest is allowed to use the pass
All requests must be in writing and should be sent to CustomerCare@ColumbiaAssociation.org. Members may not call in requests.
Once the request is processed, a comment will be added to the main members account and a confirmation email will be sent to the member. Please allow up to 2 business days for requests to be processed.
