CA’s Pilates Trainers are here to provide a well-rounded program that will help you deeply experience movement on the Pilates equipment, physically and mentally, as well as understand where you should be initiating and feeling specific exercises. Based on their expertise and passion for Pilates, your trainer will not only direct you towards your goals and objectives but challenge you to surpass what you think you are capable of.

All CA Pilates trainers hold a current and accredited Pilates training certification. Many have experience coaching other fitness formats and may hold several other certifications
