The CA Board of Directors is guided by the same mission as CA: to enhance quality of life in Columbia. Click here to learn more about the organization and its mission.

The Board consists of a group of 10 residents elected by their respective villages with CA’s President/CEO serving as a non-voting member. Guided by a strategic plan, the Board is charged with providing high level strategic direction to the organization’s leaders. Members should be committed to the betterment of the organization, connected to their community and driven by service.

Who can serve on the Board?

If you’re a Columbia resident over the age of 18, you could be eligible for this opportunity to have an impact on the community! Each village has its own requirements. Click here to access information for your village or click here to watch last year’s candidate information session hosted by CA. This year’s info session will take place on Thursday, February 20 at 5pm.

Board basics

CA’s Board meets twice a month. Typically, a work session is held on the second Thursday of each month, and a meeting takes place on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7pm. Meetings are held in-person at CA’s Headquarters and live streamed via YouTube.
