Designed for players interested in developing skills essential for competition. Students will focus on improving tactical and technical game-based applications. Attention will also be on improving match play performance, with emphasis on footwork and conditioning, match play tactics, mechanics, mental toughness and sportsmanship. Players must make a commitment to developing the mental as well as physical aspects of the game. Workouts will be intensive and demanding. Competing in Junior Tennis Match Play/Junior Team Tennis matches is strongly encouraged. Tournament preparation information will be provided.

High Performance Ages 13-17 (by invitation only)
Invitation-only program for CA’s top USTA and high school tournament-level players. Players should have competed at district-level tournaments and have national and/or sectional rankings. Emphasis is on advanced tactical, technical and mental toughness in situation-based training.
