Openings:

  • Village board: 5
  • CA board: 1

Save the date:

  • Wednesday, February 15: Nomination period opens. Election information packets, including the nomination petition form, will be available to download on the village website.
  • Wednesday, March 8: Completed candidate packets due by 5pm. These may be submitted electronically or hand-delivered to Slayton House.
  • Friday, March 10: If there are five or less valid candidates for the village board, all candidates are deemed elected. If there is only one valid candidate for the CA board, then the candidate is deemed elected.
  • Tuesday, April 11: Hybrid candidates’ night. The event will be held in person at Slayton House (10400 Cross Fox Ln) and virtually on Zoom.
  • Saturday, April 22: Election day!

[Updated 4/25] Candidates with an asterik next to their name were elected in 2023.

[Updated 3/22] This year, there are five open positions up for a vote on the Wilde Lake village board, and the village received three candidate nominations. This makes it a non-contested election. However, there is a contested race for the Wilde Lake representative on the CA Board of Directors (two nominations for one open seat).

Who can vote:

  • Owners or renters in compliance with Wilde Lake covenants.
  • Renters/Tenants must have a copy of their current lease on file to cast a ballot.

Save the date:

  • Friday, March 31: Online voting opens.
  • Friday, April 21: Mail-in absentee ballots are due by 4pm. Online voting closes at 4pm. Tenants must have a copy of their current lease on file by 4pm.
  • Saturday, April 22: Election day! In-person voting is open at Slayton House from 10am-1pm.
