Save the date:

  • Friday, February 16 to Sunday, March 3: Candidate applications may be downloaded and submitted electronically to villagemanager@columbiatowncenter.org. Candidates must submit a statement (max 150 words) with their application.
  • Sunday, March 3: Candidate applications and statements due by 12pm. No exceptions.
  • Thursday, April 4: Candidate forum at 7:15-8:45pm.
  • Saturday, April 20: Election day!

Who can vote:

  • Owners or renters in compliance with Town Center covenants.
  • Only one vote is permitted for each property.
  • Renters/Tenants must have a lease on file with the Association by April 18 at 5pm in order to vote.
  • In-person voters must show a valid driver’s license or utility bill or rental lease agreement for their condo, townhome or apartment.

How to vote:

  • Eligible voters in Town Center can vote online, in-person or via mail-in absentee ballot.

Save the date:

  • Tuesday, April 16: Mail-in ballots must be postmarked.
  • Thursday, April 18: Renters must file a current lease agreement with the village by 5pm. Tenants of rental apartments, condos, townhouses or single family homes can email a copy of their recent lease to villagemanager@columbiatowncenter.org or drop it off at Historic Oakland Manor.
  • Thursday, April 18: Online voting closes at 11:59pm. 
  • Saturday, April 20: Election day! In-person voting is open from 9am-2pm at Historic Oakland. Mail-in ballots must arrive at Historic Oakland Manor no later than 12pm to be counted.
