Save the date:

• Friday, March 1 to Thursday, March 14: Nomination petitions may be picked up and dropped off at Kahler Hall or downloaded from the Harper’s Choice website. Candidates need 10 signatures and a candidate’s statement (max 150 words in Word format). These can also be submitted via email to manager@harperschoice.org.
• Thursday, March 14: Nomination petitions and candidate statements due by 5pm.
• Wednesday, April 10: Meet the candidates night, 7-9pm at Kahler Hall (if deemed appropriate).
• Saturday, April 20: Election day!

[Updated 4/25/24] The quorum for this year’s Harper’s Choice village election was not reached on Saturday, April 20. Next steps will be determined at the continued annual meeting on Tuesday, May 7 from 6:45-7pm, followed by the board-organizational meeting from 7-9pm. Both meetings will be hybrid, with Kahler Hall as the in-person location. Click here for more details or the link to join virtually.

Who can vote:

• Owners or renters in compliance with Harper’s Choice covenants.
• Only one vote is permitted for each property. In the case of a rental property, both owner and tenant may cast a ballot (tenants must have a lease on file with the Harper’s Choice Community Association in order to vote).

How to vote:

• You can vote online, in-person or via mail-in absentee ballot. An upcoming copy of the Harper’s Choice Voice Newsletter will share more detailed information.

Save the date:

• Monday, April 1: Election info will be mailed out via the Harper’s Choice Voice Newsletter.
• Friday, April 19: Deadline for online voting and absentee ballots.
• Saturday, April 20: Election day! In-person voting is open from 9am-3pm at Kahler Hall.
