Save the date:
- Friday, March 1 to Thursday, March 14: Nomination petitions may be picked up and dropped off at Kahler Hall or downloaded from the Harper’s Choice website. Candidates need 10 signatures and a candidate’s statement (max 150 words in Word format). These can also be submitted via email to manager@harperschoice.org.
- Thursday, March 14: Nomination petitions and candidate statements due by 5pm.
- Wednesday, April 10: Meet the candidates night, 7-9pm at Kahler Hall (if deemed appropriate).
- Saturday, April 20: Election day!

Who can vote:
- Owners or renters in compliance with Harper’s Choice covenants.
- Only one vote is permitted for each property. In the case of a rental property, both owner and tenant may cast a ballot (tenants must have a lease on file with the Harper’s Choice Community Association in order to vote).
How to vote:
- You can vote online, in-person or via mail-in absentee ballot. An upcoming copy of the Harper’s Choice Voice Newsletter will share more detailed information.
Save the date:
- Monday, April 1: Election info will be mailed out via the Harper’s Choice Voice Newsletter.
- Friday, April 19: Deadline for online voting and absentee ballots.
- Saturday, April 20: Election day! In-person voting is open from 9am-3pm at Kahler Hall.
