On February 21, 2013, CA, through its Watershed Advisory Committee, brought four speakers to discuss sustainable stormwater management practices including Joshua Feldmark, Director of Howard County’s Office of Environmental Sustainability, John McCoy, Columbia Association’s Watershed Manager, Ned Tillman, award-winning author on Chesapeake Bay restoration, and Don Tsusaki, Chesapeake Bay Alliance & READY (Restoring the Environment and Developing Youth) Program Manager.
