Welcome to the CA Portal How To section. In this area, we cover the standard how to’s that you will come across as you navigate through the CA Portal. We cover standard stuff like class registration & cancellation as well how to edit your account details and other important items.

We’ll be providing both video and text tutorials to help you learn everything there is to know about the CA Portal. How To Log-In to Your Account

CA Portal

There are two ways to access the CA Portal.

  1. Go to ColumbiaAssociation.org or any of its webpages
    1. Click on the Member Login button on the far-right side of the navigation menu. For Mobile users, the Member Login button will be at the bottom the navigation menu
  2. Another way is to go to ColumbiaAssociation.org/CAPortal
  3. Once you are on the portal page, enter your login details
    1. If you don’t know your password, hit Forgot Password?.
  4. After logging in, you should be redirected to the CA Portal Dashboard.

CA App

You will be prompted to log in upon opening the app if you haven’t already done so.

How to Edit Your Profile

CA Portal

Make sure you are logged into the CA Portal and are on the Home Dashboard before beginning.

  1. On the left navigation menu, click View My Info
  2. On the Info page, you will see your Personal Information, Membership Information, Package Information, Billing Information, and Paying For (Family Information)
  3. You are able to edit Personal Information and Billing Information by clicking Edit in the top right corner of their respective information box.
  4. To edit other sections, please call the Customer Care Team at 410-715-3000 or email at CustomerCare@ColumbiaAssociation.org.

CA App

  1. While on the Home Screen, go to the bottom navigation menu, click Profile
  2. On the Profile page, click Profile Information
  3. In the Top Right Corner, click the Pencil Edit Icon.
  4. When you are finished with your edits, click Done

View Your Membership Barcode

CA App

  1. While on the Home Screen, look at the top right-hand corner of the screen
  2. Click on the white Barcode Icon next to the Location Icon
  3. You will be shown a bar code with the title Access Card above it.

Classes and Programs

How To Register For a Program

CA Portal

Make sure you are logged into the CA Portal and are on the Home Dashboard before beginning.

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Register for Programs
  2. Find the program you are looking for.
    1. Note: It is recommended that you use the search filter to help you locate your program.
  3. Click on the program name or on the white View button that is located in the same row that your program is listed in.
  4. After scrolling down, you will see a list of available session you are able to sign up for. Click on the green Sign Up button that is located in the same row of the session you would like to join.
    1. Note: If the session is full, there will be a grey Closed box instead. If the session is not open yet, it will say Not yet open instead.
  5. Once you have clicked on the button, select who in under your membership will be participating the class. You can select multiple people.
  6. Click the blue Add to Cart button
    1. Your spot in the session will be secured for 20 minutes to give you time to complete your purchase
  7. Scroll to the top of the page, and click on Cart located in the top right corner next to Log Out
  8. Enter your payment information and then click on the green Submit Payment button
    1. If you no longer wish to sign up for the session, click on the red Cancel & Clear Cart
  9. You will receive a confirmation that you completed your payment.

CA App

  1. On the Home Screen, click Programs located in the What Are You Looking For section
  2. Fill in the fields for the SeachPrograms field
    1. Note: You can select multiple facilities
  3. Click on the program you would like to sign up for
  4. On the program’s information page, click the blue Sign Up button
  5. On the confirmation screen, select the participants and follow the payment instructions. Hit the blue confirm button when you are done
  6. You will see a success icon confirming your sign up

How To Register For a Group Fitness Class

CA Portal

Make sure you are logged into the CA Portal and are on the Home Dashboard before beginning.

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Group Activities
  2. Find the class you are looking for and click on it.
    1. Note: If you are having difficulty finding your class, is recommended that you organize the classes by date and then use the search filter to help you locate your class.
  3. Click on the green Sign Up button that is located in the same row that your class is listed in.
    1. If the class is full, there will be a grey Closed box instead.
  4. Once you have clicked on the button, select who in under your membership will be participating the class.
  5. Click the blue Register button

  1. On the Home Screen, click Classes located in the What Are You Looking For section or click Schedule on the bottom navigation menu
  2. Find the class you are looking for.
    1. Note: It is recommended that you use the search filter to help you locate your class
  3. Click on the class you would like to sign up for
  4. On the class’s information page, click the blue Sign Up button
  5. On the confirmation screen, click the blue Confirm button
  6. You will see a success icon confirming your sign up
  1. You should receive a confirmation message telling you that you have signed up.

How To Register For a Paid Class

Make sure you are logged into the CA Portal and are on the Home Dashboard before beginning.

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Group Activities
  2. Find the class you are looking for and click on it.
    1. Note: If you are having difficulty finding your class, is recommended that you organize the classes by date and then use the search filter to help you locate your class.
  3. After scrolling down, you will see a list of available session you are able to sign up for. Click on the green Sign Up button that is located in the same row of the session you would like to join.
    1. Note: If the session is full, there will be a grey Closed box instead. If the session is not open yet, it will say Not yet open instead.
  4. Once you have clicked on the button, select who in under your membership will be participating the class.
  5. Click the blue Add to Cart button

  6. You will see a success icon confirming your sign up

How To Check What Classes and Programs I am Signed Up for and How to Cancel a Sign Up.

CA Portal

Make sure you are logged into the CA Portal and are on the Home Dashboard before beginning.

  1. On the Home Dashboard, there is a section in the bottom right titled My Events and below that is My Registrations
  2. My Events lists your court reservations and classes whereas My Registrations will list your programs.
  3. To unregister from either classes or programs, simply find it under the appropriate section and click the blue Unregister.
  4. You will get a prompt to confirm your selection, click the blue Unregister button to confirm or Cancel to stop.
  5. The class/program will be removed from its respective section.

CA App

  1. On the Home Screen your registrations and signups can be found at the top titled Upcoming or My Schedule depending on your signups.
  2. Click view, to see your entire upcoming schedule
  3. To cancel a sign-up, click cancel under the sign-up
  4. You will be prompted to confirm.

How To View a Facility Class Schedule

CA Portal

Make sure you are logged into the CA Portal and are on the Home Dashboard before beginning.

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Group Activities
  2. Organize the classes by date by clicking on By Date
  3. Using the search filter, click on the All Locations dropdown and select the facility whose classes you would like to view
  4. Hit the blue Search Classes button
  5. You are now able to view all classes at the select facility by their and date by simply scrolling.

  1. On the bottom navigation menu, click Schedule
  2. Using the search filter, click on the Locations dropdown and select the facility whose classes you would like to view
  3. You are now able to view all classes at the select facility by their and date by simply scrolling.

How To Reserve a Court

CA Portal

Make sure you are logged into the CA Portal and are on the Home Dashboard before beginning.

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Reserve a Court
  2. Select what service you will be using the court for (This step is optional)
    1. Note, you will select what location type, then what facility you would like to reserve at
  3. Select where you would like reserve a court (This step is optional)
  4. Select who will be hosting the event (This step is optional)
  5. Select the date you would like to reserve the court and for how long
  6. Hit the blue Search button
  7. Pick a time listed
    1. If the time you selected as already past, you will not be able to reserve the court
  8. You will be shown the cost to reserve the court then prompted to confirm your reservation by hitting the blue Confirm button.
  9. You will be shown a Confirmation message verifying your reservation

CA App

  1. On the Home Screen, click Reservations located in the What Are You Looking For section or click Explore on bottom navigation menu then Reservations
  2. Select which department the facility court you would like to register is part of (IE Tennis)
  3. Fill out the search instructions on the screen including reservation length and date.
  4. Hit the blue Search button
  5. Pick a time listed
    1. If the time you selected as already past, you will not be able to reserve the court
  6. You will be shown the cost to reserve the court then prompted to confirm your reservation by hitting the blue Reserve button.
  7. You will be shown a Confirmation message verifying your reservation

How To Cancel a Court Reservation

CA Portal

Make sure you are logged into the CA Portal and are on the Home Dashboard before beginning.

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Reserve a Court
  2. Under Your Reservations you will be shown the Date, Time, Host, Activity, and Location you have your reservation at.
  3. Select the blue Cancel on the row of the reservation you would like to cancel.
  4. You will be shown a confirmation message. Hit the blue Yes to confirm your cancellation.

CA App

  1. On the Home Screen your registrations and signups can be found at the top titled Upcoming or My Schedule depending on your signups.
  2. Click view, to see your entire upcoming schedule
  3. To cancel a reservation, click cancel under the reservation
  4. You will be prompted to confirm.
