These free, 30-minute, equipment-based Pilates sessions are available for members and non-members who are interested in trying out different Pilates equipment.
Sessions include:

  • Intro to Pilates Reformer
  • Intro to Pilates Chair
  • Intro to Pilates Tower
  • Intro to Pilates Jumpboard

Members and non-members are welcome to take one of each type, one time only.
