Daily Admission

CA Facilities excluding outdoor pools: 

Non members: 

  • 16 years and older: $29 per person
  • Under 16 years old: $19 per person (must have a parent/guardian over 21 years old present)

Columbia Cardholders:

  • 16 years and older: $19 per person
  • Under 16 years old: $10 per person (must have a parent/guardian over 21 years old present)

Outdoor Pools:

Non members:

  • Monday through Thursday:  $24 per adult / $19 per child
  • Friday through Sunday/Holidays:  $34 per adult / $27 per child

Columbia Cardholders:

  • Monday through Thursday: $8 per adult / $6 per child
  • Friday through Sunday / Holidays: $10 per adult / $7 per child

Active CA members may pay daily admission equal to Columbia Cardholder rates at facilities not included in their membership

Guest Pass Pricing

Guest passes included in a membership:

Every member receives electronic guest passes each month as part of their membership. Quantities vary per membership type.  Free guest passes are added to accounts at the time of billing and do not carryover into the next billing month. Guest passes may be used by any eligible member listed on the membership and are non transferable and non refundable. 

Guest passes may only be redeemed at facilities that are included in the members membership.

Guest pass packs:

Members may purchase additional discounted electronic guest passes by contacting the Customer Care Team (410-730-1801), or any other year-round facility. 

  •  5 Guest Passes = $70
  • 10 Guest Passes = $120

Guest passes that are purchased will remain on the members account until they are used. They are non refundable and non transferable and may only be used at facilities included in the member’s membership type (excludes Golf memberships).

Members designating guests who can use their guest passes

Main members may designate a specific person(s) who can use the guest passes on their account while the member is not present by supplying the following information, in writing, to the Customer Care Team:

  • Specific name of the guest(s) allowed to use the members guest pass
  • Time frame, if any, that the guest is allowed to use the pass

All requests must be in writing and should be sent to CustomerCare@ColumbiaAssociation.org. Members may not call in requests. Once the request is processed, a comment will be added to the main members account and a confirmation email will be sent to the member. Please allow up to 2 business days for requests to be processed. 

Guest / Admissions Requirements

Guest Requirements

  • Guests must follow the guest check-in process applicable to each facility. This can include signing a waiver, speaking with a Membership Advocate and supplying photo identification.
  • Individuals must be 18+ with valid ID to qualify for membership trials. 

Ice Rink / SportsPark / Supreme Skate Arena /Tennis and Pickleball  (General Admission Facilities) 

  • Individuals, ages 12 and older, may enter the facilities without adult supervision.
  • Individuals, ages 13 and older, may supervise children 12 and younger. Members, age 13-15, cannot use their guest passes to bring in children they are supervising. 
  • Members, ages 16 and older, may bring a guest(s) into any of the facilities that are included in their membership by using available guest passes on their account.
  • Non-participating spectators will be granted access to designated areas based on a space available basis. 

Fitness Facilities

  • Guests purchasing daily admission must be at least 16 and present photo identification. 
  • Members, ages 16 and older, may bring a guest(s) into any of the facilities that are included in their membership by using available guest passes on their account.
  • A member who is 15 or younger may bring a supervisor who is 21 or older as a guest.
  • Members and guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a supervisor or parent/guardian. The child must be within sight of the parent/guardian at all times unless the child has been checked into Kidspace or participating in CA paid programming. 
  • Members, age 10 – 13 years old (and at least 4’11”), may participate in a Youth Fitness Consultation. This appointment is included with the membership. Once the session is completed, the member may use fitness areas (excluding free weights) with a parent/guardian who is 21 years or older. The child must be within sight of the parent/guardian at all times.
  • Members, ages 10 and older, may participate in fitness classes so long as a parent/guardian is participating in the class as well.  Cycling class participants must be at least 4’11”. 
  • Members and guests must be 14 or older to use the free weight rooms and the Athletic Club Therapy Pool.
  • Members and guests must be 16 years and older to use hot tubs or saunas.
  • Everyone entering the facility must check-in with a membership card, use a guest pass, or pay an admission fee.  Non members enrolled in paid programming may access the facilities at no additional charge during specified program hours. 

Aquatics

  • All children ages 9 and younger must be accompanied by a supervisor or parent/guardian
  • Members, ages 10 and older, may participate in fitness classes so long as a parent/guardian is participating in the class as well
  • Children, ages 10 to 13 years old, who are CA members or Columbia Cardholders may be admitted to the facility without a supervisor if the child passes Safety First. Anyone who has not passed Safety First must be accompanied by a supervisor or parent/guardian.
  • Members ages 13 and older, who have passed Safety First, may supervise other members/Columbia Cardholders who have not passed Safety First. They cannot use their guest passes to bring  in children they are supervising.
  • Supervisors
    • Supervisors are responsible for watching the children that they bring in
    • Supervisors can watch no more than 10 children, including no more than 4 children ages 9 and younger
  • Non-swimming children must be accompanied in the main pool on a one-to-one ratio.
  • Guests purchasing daily admission must present photo identification. 
  • Everyone entering the facility must check-in with a membership card, use a guest pass, or pay to use the pool area. 
  • Infants who are CA members or Columbia Cardholders must have a membership card by six weeks old. Admission is free for infant guests 18 months or younger.
