Columbia Association, Inc. demands the highest possible ethical conduct from its team members, team leaders, senior management, officers, and individuals serving on its board of directors. CA’s ethics policies are intended to foster a culture of transparency, integrity and honesty, and compliance with those policies is mandatory. Those policies are:

  1. Code of Ethics and Business Conduct,
  2. Conflicts of Interest Policy for Senior Management and the Board of Directors,
  3. Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and Conflicts of Interest Policy: Special Requirements for Members of the Board of Directors, and
  4. Policy for Reporting Violations of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, the Conflicts of Interest Policy and the Special Requirements for Members of the Board of Directors.

Team members are encouraged to report ethics violations to their management or the Human Resources Department. If a team member does not feel comfortable doing so, CA also provides an ethics hotline operated by a third party, which allows team members to make anonymous reports online or by phone.
