Pilates practice done on a mat, incorporates bodyweight movements to control and engage your muscles without the assistance of equipment.
Reformer Pilates is a bed-like machine that moves back and forth and features springs to increase resistance as you workout. In addition to the Reformer we offer Cadillac, reformers with towers, traditional chairs, MVe chairs, ladder barrel, other barrels, Ped-o-pul, and a foot corrector.
