Cycling targets all major muscle groups, including your quads, calves, glutes, and core. Spin can easily burn hundreds of calories in a single class. CA offers several types of indoor cycling classes every week, including studio-based, incorporating music and weightlifting, and pool-based spin sessions.
MyCycle is energetic ride with drills, focusing on strength, endurance and power. MyCycleStrength class adds light hand weights to sculpt the upper body.
MyMusic focuses on the most popular playlists while working up a sweat. MyRide uses high-definition forward-motion video with music.
Aqua Cycle uses the resistance of water to challenge and soothe. Strength combines two workouts in one circuit class incorporating cardio and strength training.
