Columbia Association (CA) has issued Invitation for Bid (IFB) 25-08: Supreme Sports Club Phase 3 Revised Renovations. An on-site pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at the Supreme Sports Club, located at 7080 Deepage Lane, Columbia, Maryland 21045. Firms will be allowed the opportunity to ask questions at this time. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.
Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Late bids will not be considered for an award. Bids must be submitted via email to Procurement@ColumbiaAssociation.org.
