Interfaith Event

On September 17, the 50th anniversary of the first worship service held at Slayton House in 1967—Columbia’s Interfaith Centers of Wilde Lake, Oakland Mills and Owen Brown gathered at the Chrysalis in Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods for a Celebration marking the occasion. Choirs, ensembles and honored clergy participated in a deeply meaningful event celebrating the bond and exceptional Columbia environment for all religions.
