Vote

[Updated 3/25/25] Hickory Ridge has an uncontested election for the village board. The following candidates will be appointed for the 2026 fiscal year, which runs from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026:

  • Kristine Amari
  • Mark Covington
  • Steve Hannan
  • Mike McGarity
  • Mariah Robertson
There will be a contested election for the Hickory Ridge representative on CA’s Board of Directors.
Candidates for the CA Board of Directors (1 opening):
  • Skye Anderson
  • Jared Ball

Who can vote:  

  • Owners and renters in compliance with Hickory Ridge covenants.  
  • One vote per household. In the case of a rental property, both owner and renter may cast a ballot.  

How to vote: 

  • You can vote in-person or via mail-in absentee ballot. 
  • Absentee ballots may be mailed in or dropped off to The Hawthorn Center. 
  • When voting in-person, remember to bring ID that verifies your residency. 

Save the date: 

  • Early April: Absentee ballots will be mailed to each household in Hickory Ridge. Ballots may be returned via mail or dropped off at The Hawthorn Center during operating hours. 
  • Friday, April 25: Mail-in absentee ballots are due by 5pm. 
  • Saturday, April 26: Election day! In-person voting is open from 9am-12pm at The Hawthorn Center.
