Whether you are looking to practice drills and shoot some pucks or for a friendly pick-up game with other adults in a fun and relaxed environment, we have what you need. Our Stick and Puck sessions are for all ages and are offered a few times a week to hone your skills for the next game. Remember to bring your helmet, gloves, stick and pucks!

You can enjoy time to practice skating, puck handling, and shooting! Scrimmaging is not allowed during the Stick and Puck sessions.All participants must wear helmet, gloves, skates, and sticks are required. Remember to bring your own pucks.

Session Pricing
Sessions and series sales may be purchased at the time a reservation is made or at the door. Sessions expire two months after the first use. Series Sales can be shared within family members only. No credits or transfers will be given for unused portions.
