The gift of wellness
Need a gift for someone looking to improve their health and wellness? Get them some one-on-one help with CA’s personal training sessions (or a CA gift card to purchase them)! Gift cards are available in any denomination, and personal training prices start as low as $47 per session (depending on the package purchased), so you can find the perfect gift for any budget.

Get in the swing
It doesn’t matter if you’re more interested in bombing shots down the fairway or nailing that inside corner serve — CA’s golf and tennis lessons are a great gift for whoever on your list is looking to step up their game.
CA’s golf instructional programs help you build a quality golf swing and an excellent short game. Because each person’s needs are different, private lessons offer individualized instruction with an emphasis on helping you find the best swing for you and/or correcting any problems. Lessons are now available year-round at Hobbit’s Glen Golf Club, including indoor lessons using Flightscope technology so you can work on your game this offseason.
One-on-one lessons are offered in 30- and 45-minute sessions, with discounts available for purchasing packages of lessons. Small group lessons are 60 minutes and are priced for groups of two, three, or four or more. Great for office team building gatherings!

Private tennis lessons work on specific aspects of each player’s tennis game, including situation-based training, tactical and technical synergy, mental toughness, and match play scenarios with feedback. And the PlaySight Smart Court cameras at Long Reach Tennis Club allow you to live-stream your matches online or through a mobile app. That way, you can review your stroke, track your stats, and work with a coach to improve your game.

Gift cards can be used for admission at Columbia Ice Rink, Columbia SkatePark and Columbia SportsPark, where your recipient can skate, hit the batting cages or play a round of mini-golf.
