Description
The Audit Committee assists the board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities for the financial reporting process, the system of internal control, and the audit process.
The Audit Committee is supported by Shawn MacInnes, the President/CEO of Columbia Association, and Jackie Tuma, the Director of Audit and Advisory Services.
