Bidders will be allowed the opportunity to ask questions at this time. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. The due date for receipt of proposals has changed. Proposals are now due no later than 2pm on October 21, 2025 to Procurement@ColumbiaAssociation.org.
