Columbia Association has issued On-Call Marketing Support ServicesRequest for Proposals (RFP) 26-05: On-Call Marketing Support Services.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 3:00 PM on July 8, 2025 via Microsoft Teams video conference.  If you wish to participate, please email the name of your firm, attendee name(s) and email address to Michael.Bost@ColumbiaAssociation.org and a link to the meeting will be provided.  Bidders will be allowed the opportunity to ask questions at this time.  Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is strongly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM on July 22, 2025.  Late proposals will not be considered for an award. Proposals must be submitted via email to Procurement@ColumbiaAssociation.org.
