Columbia Association (CA) has issued Request for Proposal (RFP) 25-46: Sprinkler Repair and Maintenance.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 4, 2025 at 2:00 PM via a Microsoft video conference. If you wish to participate, please email the name of your firm, attendee name(s) and email address to Jeri.Baker@ColumbiaAssociation.org and a link to the meeting will be provided. Proposers will be allowed the opportunity to ask questions at this time. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM on April 21, 2025. Late proposals will not be considered for an award. Proposals must be submitted via email to Procurement@ColumbiaAssociation.org.
