Columbia Association (CA) is committed to ensuring our actions and investments align with our values and shared goals for this community. That’s why the organization develops a strategic plan to ensure our team is continuously serving you to the highest level and working toward our mission and vision.

CA leadership and the Board of Directors work together to develop the five-year plan, which is used to guide operational and resource allocation and decision making across the organization.
