Swim Lessons - Find Your Class (Revamp)
Is child comfortable on their own in the water or over the age of 3?
Can swimmer put their face in the water, float on their front and back, and push away from the wall independently?
Can swimmer swim away from the wall independently and go completely under water with confidence?
Can swimmer swim comfortably in deep water and swim across the pool without stopping?
Can swimmer swim full laps of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke?
Can swimmer swim all 4 strokes, for multiple laps continuously as well as diving confidently into the pool?

Little & Me is our recommended class

This class is about water discovery, fun and basic safety skills. Songs and games will be used to engage in kicking, splashing, blowing bubbles and back floating.

Intro to Swim is our recommended class

This class is for children who are ready to participate independently but are not yet comfortable getting their face fully wet, going underwater or leaving the side of the pool without assistance.

Stroke Development 1 is our recommended class

For children who are comfortable getting their face wet, fully submerging under water and pushing away from the wall independently.

Stroke Development 2 is our recommended class

For children who are comfortable underwater and can swim 10-20 feet without assistance. Students will review freestyle and backstroke with an emphasis on proper streamline body position, improved arm and kick techniques, and side-breathing.

Stroke Development 3 is our recommended class

For children who can swim the full length of the pool unassisted. Students will learn breaststroke, review freestyle and backstroke forms for technique improvement along with reading water and introductory diving practice.

Swim Team Prep is our recommendation

This class is for swimmers who can swim freestyle and backstroke proficiently as well as full laps of breaststroke and butterfly. Students will focus on improving stroke technique, speed and endurance along with diving and flip turns.

Teen and Adult Swim lessons is our recommendation

Lessons will be tailored to the needs of the participants in each class and will focus on building confidence in the water, learning safety skills, swimming a coordinated stroke, and improving stroke technique and efficiency.
