With personalized coaching from a certified trainer and progressive workouts tailored to your goals, you’ll get the attention and support you need in a close-knit group of no more than 8 participants. It’s the perfect balance of expert guidance and community energy.
Group fitness classes offer fun, high-energy workouts for a variety of fitness levels, with larger class sizes (15–30+ participants). While great for staying active, these classes aren’t designed to progress week to week like group training.
