- Sunday, March 1: Nomination period opens. Petitions are available on the Kings Contrivance village website and at Amherst House (during normal business hours).
- Saturday, March 21: Completed nomination petitions due to kings@villageofkc.org or Amherst House by 5pm.
- Wednesday, April 15: Candidates night.

Who can vote:
- All residents over the age of 18 are eligible to vote in Kings Contrivance.
How to vote:
- You can vote in-person or via absentee ballot.
Save the date:
- Early April: Absentee ballots are made available. Ballots will be part of the Crown Prints newsletter mailed directly to homes and are also available at Amherst House.
- Thursday, April 23: Absentee ballots due by 5pm at Amherst House. Ballots mailed or dropped off in the mailbox outside of Amherst House.
- Friday, April 24: Election day! In-person voting is open from 5-7pm at Amherst House.
- Saturday, April 25: Election day! In-person voting is open from 9am-1pm at Amherst House.
