[Updated 3/25/25] King’s Contrivance has an uncontested election. The following candidates will be appointed for the 2026 fiscal year, which runs from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026:
Candidates for the village board (2 openings):
- Barb Seely
- Carol Huegel
Candidates for CA’s Board of Directors (1 opening):
- Wesley Fuhrman
Who can vote:
- All residents over the age of 18 are eligible to vote in Kings Contrivance.
How to vote:
- You can vote in-person or via absentee ballot.
Save the date:
- Thursday, April 10: Absentee ballots are made available. Ballots will be part of the Crown Prints newsletter mailed directly to homes in early April and are also available at Amherst House.
- Thursday, April 24: Absentee ballots due by 5pm at Amherst House. Ballots mailed or dropped off in the mailbox outside of Amherst House.
- Friday, April 25: Election day! In-person voting is open from 5-7pm at Amherst House.
- Saturday, April 26: Election day! In-person voting is open from 9am-1pm at Amherst House.
