Group training combines the personal attention of one-on-one coaching with the energy and camaraderie of training alongside others (no more than 8 people). Sessions are designed to progress week to week, guided by a certified trainer, and tailored to the group’s needs.
It’s all about you – your goals, your progress, your success. With personalized coaching from a certified trainer and progressive workouts tailored to your goals, you’ll get the attention and support you need in a close-knit group of no more than 8 participants. It’s the perfect balance of expert guidance and community energy.
Each session is capped at 8 participants — ensuring personalized coaching, real-time feedback, and a strong team atmosphere. They are designed to fit your schedule – each one lasts about 45–55 minutes of focused, energizing work to keep you moving toward your goals.
Every fitness level is welcome. Your coach will tailor each workout to your abilities, whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level.
Worried about being unable to do certain exercises? We got you covered. Every exercise can be modified to your needs, abilities or current fitness level, so you’ll always feel supported and confident.
