Columbia Association Pool Party Bingo

This promotion runs from Memorial Day weekend (May 24, 2026) through Labor Day (September 7, 2026). Completed cards must be submitted by Labor Day to be eligible for a prize.

Open to the general public. Only one prize may be awarded per household during the promotion period, regardless of the number of cards submitted. Columbia Association employees and members of their immediate household are not eligible to win. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to claim a prize.

Bingo cards are available free of charge at select Lakefront Live events throughout the summer and at membership sales offices located at CA’s three fitness clubs: the Columbia Athletic Club, Columbia Gym, and Supreme Sports Club. Cards are available while supplies last.

To earn a stamp for each pool location, participants must check in to that pool during regular operating hours — as a CA member, guest of a member, Columbia Cardholder, or paying day guest — and request a duck sticker from the front desk staff. One duck sticker per visit per location. Stickers may not be collected by proxy.

A card is complete when all 24 location squares have been filled — one duck sticker for each of CA’s 23 outdoor pools and the Columbia Swim Center. The center FREE space does not require a sticker. Completed cards must be submitted in person at any CA fitness facility membership sales office during regular business hours. The first 10 households to submit a fully completed, verified card will each receive a prize. Verification requires confirmation that each pool visit recorded on the card is supported by a corresponding check-in record associated with a member of the claiming household. Prizes will not be awarded until verification is complete. Once 10 prizes have been claimed, no further prizes are available. Columbia Association will retain all submitted winning cards as proof of completion.

Each winning household receives one (1) complimentary outdoor pool party booking at a Columbia Association outdoor pool (approximate value: up to $180). The prize covers the booking fee only. All other costs — including but not limited to food, decorations, and any applicable weekend surcharges — are the winner’s responsibility and must be paid in accordance with CA’s standard pool party policies and pricing at the time of redemption.

The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be redeemed no later than the end of the 2027 outdoor pool season. Prizes not redeemed by that date are forfeited. Party bookings are subject to availability and CA’s standard pool party policies at the time of redemption.

Cards that are damaged, altered, duplicated, or otherwise tampered with are void and ineligible. CA staff will verify all submitted cards before awarding prizes. Columbia Association reserves the right to request additional verification and to disqualify any card it determines does not reflect legitimate, in-person visits to each location.

All decisions made by Columbia Association are final. Columbia Association reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
