Bring a guest or 2 with you anytime this day at all 3 fitness clubs (without using your guest passes) to enjoy special workout programs that will get your feet moving, heart pumping, and face smiling!

Bring the family! KidSpace is FREE on January 18 for up to 2 hours. First time visitors should arrive 10 minutes early to complete forms. Children 18 months and younger require a reservation.

Arrive early for fun activities that are first come, first serve, including:

  • Free chair massages,
  • 10-minute recovery session with our personal trainers (and a free gift to help you recover at home),
  • Spa treatment previews from Hand & Stone Massage Spa and The Now, and
  • Delicious food from Chicken + Whiskey, Walrus and Oyster Ale House, and Project Fit Meals.
