Janet F. Loughran is the Board Operations Coordinator in the President/CEO’s Office at Columbia Association. Prior to this position, she served as the Executive Assistant to four CA President/CEO’s – Maggie Brown, Philip Nelson, Milton W. Matthews, and Lakey Boyd.

Before coming to CA, Janet served as an Executive Assistant to senior management at The Bendix Corporation (later Allied-Signal, Inc.), Villa Julie College, International Paper, the Charlestown Retirement Community, the University of Maryland College Park, and Sandy Spring Bank. In addition to supporting senior management, she has extensive experience in working with Boards of Directors.

Janet served as an ambassador for the Howard Chamber of Commerce and was named ambassador of the year in 2018. She also served as a tour guide for the Howard County Tourism Council (now Visit Howard County).
