Save the date:

  • Sunday, March 8: Candidate applications due by 12pm.
  • Thursday, April 9: Hybrid candidate forum (7:15-8:45pm) at Historic Oakland and via Zoom (if there is a contested election). 

Vote

Town Center village board (one candidate for three open seats):

  • Irene Hechler

Columbia Council representative (one candidate for one open seat):

  • Collin Sullivan

Who can vote:  

  • Owners or renters in compliance with Town Center covenants.  
  • Only one vote is permitted for each property.  
  • Renters/tenants must have a lease on file with the Association by Friday, April 17 in order to vote. 
  • In-person voters must show a valid driver’s license or utility bill or rental lease. 

How to vote: 

  • Eligible voters in Town Center can vote online, in-person or via mail-in absentee ballot. 

Save the date: 

  • Friday, April 17: Renters must file a current lease agreement with the village by 5pm. Tenants of rental apartments, condos, townhouses or single family homes can email a copy of their recent lease to villagemanager@columbiatowncenter.org or drop it off at Historic Oakland Manor. 
  • Tuesday, April 21: Mail-in ballots must be postmarked. 
  • Thursday, April 23: Online voting closes at 11:59pm.  
  • Saturday, April 25: Election day! In-person voting is open from 9am-2pm at Historic Oakland. Mail-in ballots must arrive at Historic Oakland Manor no later than 12pm to be counted.
