Save the date: 

  • Saturday, March 21: Nomination petitions are due by noon. They can be returned to the River Hill Community Association (6020 Daybreak Circle. Clarksville, MD. 21029) or via email to manager@villageofriverhill.org and newsletter@villageofriverhill.org.
  • April (exact date TBD): Hybrid candidates form (in-person and via Zoom).

Vote

Who can vote: 

  • All residents 18 years old and older are eligible to vote. 

How to vote: 

  • You can vote via absentee ballot or in-person. 
  • Residents can request absentee ballots in-person at Claret Hall from April 6-24 from 9am-5pm (absentee ballots are not available on Saturdays and Sundays). 
  • In-person and email requests for absentee ballots must be accompanied by proof of person, age and residency (a driver’s license and passport). 
  • A lockbox is located on the front of Claret Hall to the right of the front doors to deposit the completed ballots after office hours. 

Save the date: 

  • Friday, March 27: Election information included in The Villager and available on the village website. 
  • Sunday, April 5-Wednesday, April 15: Absentee ballots may be obtained by letter to Claret Hall or email (manager@villageofriverhill.org) by providing proof of person, age and residency. 
  • Monday, April 6-Friday April 24: An in-person request for an absentee ballot can be made at Claret Hall from 9am to 5pm (absentee ballots are not available on Saturdays and Sundays). 
  • Friday, April 24: All absentee ballots must be received at Claret Hall by midnight. 
  • Saturday, April 25: Election day! In-person voting is open at Claret Hall from 9am-3pm.
