Banners heralded the significance of Columbia’s 50th Birthday along roadways in Town Center and within Columbia Mall from January through October 2017. The colorful signature graphics proclaimed a year unlike any other while reinforcing the themes: Celebrate Community, Appreciate the Past and Imagine the Future against the open sky.
