Make the Most of May
May is here! Not only does it bring flowers, but it’s Mental Health Awareness Month – a reminder to check in with yourself and make time for what makes you feel good.
Did you know Columbia recently ranked third in the nation for emotional and physical wellbeing? At Columbia Association (CA), you’ll find plenty of ways to move, connect and get outside – all simple ways to support your mental health. Check out some inspiration below.
Reset with CA ✨
- Do some good: Join the Weed Warrior/Tree Saver training on Saturday, May 9, or find your next volunteer opportunity here.
- Move + unwind: Free barre at the Wilde Lake Barn on Monday evenings through May 18. It’s relaxed, outdoors and open to everyone.
- Get creative: Drop into a class or workshop at the Columbia Art Center for a simple way to de-stress and try something new.
- Get fresh air: Walk 95 miles of pathways, explore 160+ play areas or enjoy CA’s three lakes and 41 ponds.
Tennis for everyone 🎾

Pool days and Lakefront Live are just around the corner!
