Columbia Association (CA) has issued Request for Proposals (RFP) 25-01: General Contracting Services. An on-site pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at the CA Community Operations Center, located at 9450 Gerwig Lane, Columbia, Maryland 21046. Proposers will be allowed the opportunity to ask questions at this time. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.
Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 22, 2024. Late proposals will not be considered for an award. Proposals must be submitted via email to Procurement@ColumbiaAssociation.org.
