As the Director of Finance/Treasurer at Columbia Association, Stephanie Nester plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s financial performance and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
She leads a wide range of financial functions, including accounting operations, financial reporting, auditing and annual budget preparation. With a focus on efficiency and long-term growth, Stephanie is committed to optimizing processes and driving strategic financial planning.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Stephanie brings over 20 years of experience in managing complex financial operations, optimizing budgets and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams with a strong, data-driven approach. Prior to her role at CA, Stephanie served as the Chief Financial Officer at United States Service Industries, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
