Columbia residents are invited to opt in to receive notifications from CA in the event of weather-related or urgent closings. In the event of an urgency or closing, CA will send a text message to your cell phone and/or e-mail you if you have elected to receive these messages.

While CA provides this alert service free of charge. Messaging data rates may apply*

Receipt of notifications is dependent upon external providers such as your wireless carrier or e-mail delivery service. CA cannot guarantee notifications will be received by the intended recipient.
