Withdrawal, Changes and Refunds

Prior to June 3, refunds will be granted for voluntary withdrawal from camp (less the non refundable registration fee). After June 3, refunds will only be granted if the camper has to attend mandatory summer school, is injured, or has moved out of the area. Written refund requests along with documentation (school notification, doctor’s note, change of address form) must be submitted using the Camps Refund/Change Request Form

No refunds are granted for weather, missed days due to personal scheduling conflicts or camper sick days, except for absences due to COVID-19 protocols. If CA disenrolls a camper for disciplinary reasons, no refund will be granted.

Cancellations and change requests must be submitted using the Camps Refund/Change Request Form. The $50 registration fee is non-refundable. The camp office will not accept phone cancellations for camps or extended care programs. Failure to participate in the program or to make payments does not constitute a withdrawal from the camps or extended care program, nor does it release the financial obligation. Staffing is based on camp enrollment.
